Margaret L. Muffeny Margaret L. Ralston Muffeny, 63, of Wheeling, WV died Sat., Feb. 9, 2002 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling. She was born Apr. 4, 1938 in Barnesville, OH a daughter of the late George K. and Grace D. Robinson Ralston. Surviving are two sons Mark Muffeny and his wife Kim and Dale Muffeny and his wife Paula all of Wheeling, two daughters Brenda Valentine and her husband Albert of Wheeling and Laura Breiding of Columbus, and eight grandchildren Bridget and Brian Valentine, Matthew, Michael, and Nikki Muffeny, and Vicki Breiding all of Wheeling, and Rebecca and Amy Breiding of Columbus. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with internment in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Arrangements by Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH.
