Margaret E. (Rose) Dye, 95, of S. Third St., Martins Ferry, OH died Thurs., Mar. 16, 2006 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Aug. 16, 1910 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late William and Katherine (Wagner) Rose. She was retired from the former G. C. Murphy Company, Wheeling, WV and a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Friend Harvey Dye, a daughter Dolores Cain, three brothers and two sisters. Surviving are a daughter Katherine "Kitty" Miller and her husband Jack of Wheeling, WV and six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren. Friends will be received Sun. 12-3 & 5-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Mon., Mar. 20, 2006 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Joseph Sanders officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, 306 Locust St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
