Marie E. Moore, 96, of Bethesda, Ohio, died Monday, December 23, 2013 at Forest Hill Nursing Home. She was born June 24, 1917 in Jacobsburg, Ohio, daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Barton. She had a deep love for her family, as they were her life. She especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren, becoming very influential in their lives. She was a retired secretary from Barnesville Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Moore; grandson, Mark Moore; two sisters; and six brothers. Marie is survived by her sons, Kenneth "Bob" (Jane) Moore of Bethesda, Ohio and Gerald "Jerry" (Kris) Moore of Barnesville, Ohio; grandchildren, Julie (Jim) Perry, Tina (JR) Fulton, Matthew (Emily) Moore, Melialh Moore; 11 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; special niece, Pam; and nephew, Everett Barton. Family and friends may visit, Friday from 12 noon until the time of service beginning at 2 pm, Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio. Pastor Rodney West officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
