Marion (Boyd) Carpino of Martins Ferry, passed away on November 27, 2020.  She was born January 10, 1922, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Earl C. Boyd and Beatrice (Herdman) Boyd.

She was a 1941 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Martins Ferry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Peter A. Carpino, a son Lt. Boyd K. Carpino, and a granddaughter, Leeanne Carpino.

Surviving are a son, Mark L. Carpino (Heidi) of Martins Ferry, grandchildren, Steven M. Carpino (Stacy), Boyd A. Carpino (Barbara), Kerryanne Pittman, Kaitlyn Carpino, and Kailey Carpino, 14 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, a graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Riverview Cemetery in Martins Ferry with Pastor Mark Carpino officiating.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
