Marjorie J. "Margie" (Boyles) Jones, 88, of Jackson Township, Canton, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Saturday, April 7, 2007 at Aultman Hospital, Canton. She was born July 14, 1918 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret J. (Weisend) Boyles. Margie was a retired real estate agent for Goodman Realty of St. Clairsville, OH. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry and held membership in the Martins Ferry Chapter of Alpha Sigma Pi Sorority for 67 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Tom M. Jones in 1989 and her daughter Peggy Jo Jones in 1949. Surviving are two sons Tom M. (Dottie) Jones of N. Canton, OH and Michael David Jones of Chicago, IL, a daughter Debra (Dennis) Smith of Bowling Green, OH, and a granddaughter Dana S. Smith of Cincinnati, OH. Friends will be received Wednesday, April 11, 2007 from 11 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. Thomas A. Magary officiating.
