Marjorie Virginia Weaver Ward, 84, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, formerly of Mount Pleasant, Ohio, passed Tuesday October 9, 2012 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born in Green County PA., on April 12, 1928, a daughter of the late John and Lanoe Evans Weaver. Marjorie was a member of the Harrisville United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Ward Sr., and a grandson John Charles Wood. Marjorie is survived by two sons: Charles E. Ward Jr. of Deep Run, Mark Ward of Wheeling, W.Va., two daughters: Cindy L. Yoders of Steubenville, Ohio and Joyce Baker (Wilber) of Martins Ferry; two brothers: Lawrence (Janet) Weaver of Torrence, Calif., and John (Louise) Weaver of Weirton, W.Va.; two sisters: Mary Lou Stein of Wheeling and Bonnie Hinderman of Fla., five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Friday October 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
