Marlene Ball Marlene Ball, 54, of Fox Shannon Rd., St. Clairsville, formerly of Martins Ferry, died Sat., Dec. 14, 2002 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born Jul. 20, 1948, in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Charles R. and Mary Ann Loslo Ball. Surviving are her brother Robert L. Ball of Martins Ferry, and several nieces, nephew and cousins. Friends will be received Tues., 11: 00 AM until till of services at 1:00 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
