Marlene J. (Lust) Martin, 78, of Wheeling, WV, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born May 29, 1937 in Columbus, OH a daughter of the late Chester and Hoyland (Biles) Lust. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse from Shell Pointe Village, Ft. Myers, FL and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald W. Martin. Surviving are her children, Melody (Joe) DeFranco of Wheeling, Valerie (Howard) Duck of Colerain, OH, Harmony (George) Misenhelder and Ronald Martin all of Seminole, Fl and Ward Martin of MS.,grandchildren, Jason (Gina) Misenhelder, Derek (Gina) Misenhelder, Haley Misenhelder, Dustin (Heather) DeFranco, David (Kristy) DeFranco, Noah Duck, Jacob Martin and Emma Martin and seven great grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass, Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. Tom Marut officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Good Shepherd Nursing Home Chapel Fund, 159 Edgington Lane, Wheeling, WV 26003.
