Marline J. Blatnik 79, of Bridgeport died Sunday November 20, 2011 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born November 13, 1932 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Mark and Hilda Lang Malone. She was a retired employee of Heartland Lansing Nursing Home, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, and a member of the Heartland Dixie music group who traveled to all nursing home to entertain the patients. Marline is survived by her loving husband of 59 years Joseph J. Blatink, a daughter Maurene (Ed) Rouse, and a son John Blatnik both of Bridgeport, three grandchildren Connie (Scott) Graham of West Liberty, and Mark and Teresa Rouse of Bridgeport, three great grandchildren Cody, and Madison Graham, and Allanha Sommers. Family and friends are invited to a memorial Mass on Wednesday November 23, 2011 at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst with Fr. John Mucha officiating, interment at the convience of the family in Linwood Cemetery Blaine. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside in charge of arrangements.
