Marsden L. Teasdale, 74 of Bridgeport, died Saturday September 7, 2013 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born May 2, 1939 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Robert and Stella (Meyer) Teasdale. He was a retired employee of the former International Harvester Co. and Navistar International of Springfield Ohio, a member of Trinity Lutheran Church Bridgeport, the Bridgeport Blue Lodge #181 F. & AM.; the Steubenville Scottish Rite Bodies, and the Osiris Shrine Wheeling. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Jean Teasdale Linden in 1988. Marsden is survived by his loving wife Norma Jean (Szabies) Teasdale, two sons Robert L. (Theresa), and David L. (Teresa) Teasdale both of Bridgeport, granddaughters Marissa Teasdale, Jennifer Teasdale, and Gabbrial (Christopher) Teasdale, a great grandson Tyler Teasdale, his mother-in-law Helen Szabies, and a nephew George Linden. Friends will be received on Sunday September 8, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and then on Monday September 9, from 11 am till time of service at 1 pm at Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside, with Pastor Karen Torrez officiating, interment in Linwood Cemetery Blaine.
