Martha Jane Andrews, 89, of Triadelphia, West Virginia, passed away at her home, April 13, 2016. She was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on November 22, 1926, daughter of the late Ore Ward and Gladys Nelson Ward.
She was a loving homemaker. Her devotion to her family was in keeping with her devotion for God. A woman of strong faith, she was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Moundsville, West Virginia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Leroy Andrews; sister, Freda (Ackerman) Klika; and brothers, George and Ernest Ward and Bob Gray.
Martha is survived by her daughter, Linda (Tim) Kemp of Bethesda, Ohio; grandchildren, Alyssa (Aaron) Weisser, Jesse (Kristy) Kemp, Jeremiah (Brandy) Kemp; and ten great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be welcome to visit, Friday from 5 to 8 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio, where the service for Martha will be conducted, Saturday at 11 a.m. Pastor Tim Kemp will be officiating. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
