Martha Jane "Marty" Hildebrand, 88, of St. Clairsville, OH died January 27, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born May 29, 1929, in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late J. Peter and Nina (Wiley) Lizon. She was a retired secretary for General Welding Supply in Martins Ferry, she was a member of The First Presbyterian Church St. Clairsville, a member of the National Trail Stichers, E.G.A., and Fort Henry Peacemakers, and was a Presbyterian by faith. In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hildebrand, and brother, Robert W. Lizon. She is survived by her sons; Gary Chesonis of Tucson, AZ, Greg Chesonis of Martins Ferry, Ronald (Carleen) Hildebrand of Hilliard, OH; grandchildren, Michael Chesonis, Gina Chesonis Cobb, Bobby, Caroline, Catherine, and Ricky Hildebrand; and sister, Ruth Ann Lizon of Suffolk, VA. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 11am until time of service at 2 pm, with Rev Homer Harden officiating, interment at Holly Memorial, Pleasant Grove.
