Martha (Rodgers) Moore, 86, of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, Apr. 17, 2011 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Aug. 14, 1924 in Belfast, Ireland a daughter of the late William and Margaret (McBride) Rodgers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roy E. Moore. Surviving are her children: Barbara Jean Bakaitis of Dayton, OH, William E. Moore of Bridgeport, OH, Linda K. Biggs and Robert K. Moore both of Martins Ferry, Patricia Ann Derby of Wheeling, WV, and James L. (Debra) Moore of Martins Ferry, grandchildren: Rhonda Coleman, Stephanie Montgomery, James E. and Justin M. Moore, Katrina Jones, Wendy Moore, Lisa Bakaitis and Christopher and Brian Biggs, thirteen great grandchildren, brothers Sam and Harry Rodgers and sisters Christina Bassett and Agnes Rowan all of Belfast. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry where services will be held Thursday, Apr. 21, 2011 at 11:00 am with Rev. Van D.
