Mary E. Baxter 80, of Bridgeport, died Wednesday January 9, 2013 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. She was born November 25, 1932 in Martins Ferry, Ohio. A daughter of the late Raymond and Anna (Milbert) Kyser. She was a member of the First Christian Church Martins Ferry, and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Jeffrey Baxter in 2007, brother's Louis and William Kyser, and a sister Charlotte Steed. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Frank Baxter, a daughter Cheryl Baxter of Bridgeport, sisters Anna Mae Johnston of Bridgeport, Frances (Dutch) Heaton, and Margret (Joe) Rico both of Colerain, four grandchildren Jeffrey, Justin, Joshua, and Emily Baxter, and five great grandchildren also several nieces and nephews. According to Mary's wishes there will be no visitation and private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
