Mary Ann Cerminara, 84, passed away peacefully in her home in Barnesville on July 23, 2022.  She was born October 31, 1937, a daughter to the late Ida Howell and her husband Charles Howell.  Mary Ann loved golf, softball, playing cards, and baking for her family.  She was a nurse anesthetist at Barnesville Hospital for over 30 years and a member of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Barnesville.

She is survived by her loving husband, Santo "Pete" Cerminara; children, Craig (Nagore) Cerminara, Perry (Tisa) Cerminara, Nichole Toriello (Andy Marovich); grandchildren, Joseph and Jordan Cerminara, Paige (Eric) Schrecengost, and Gianna Toriello.

Friends and family will be received for a memorial visitation at the Wilson Funeral Home Barnesville Chapel, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville on Friday evening, August 5, 2022, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am, Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Assumption Church with Father Dave Cornett presiding. Burial will follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Barnesville.

In lieu of flowers and keepsakes, memorial contributions can be made to the American Breast Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
