MARY M. CROOK, 39, of Sunset Heights, Bridgeport, died Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 20, 1969 in Bellaire, the daughter of Ronald and Carol (Drewett) Crook, Sr. Mary attended the Church of Christ and was a caregiver at REM of Wheeling. In addition to her parents, Mary is survived by five brothers Ronald Jr. of Valley View, WV, David of Elm Grove, WV, Frank of Lansing, OH, Norman and his wife Kendra of Mansfield, OH and Eric of Lansing, OH; a sister Sharon Phillips and her husband Thomas of Glenford, OH; a special friend Sam Miller, with whom she resided; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, where funeral services will be held Friday at 10 am with Everett Hutson officiating.
