Mary Louise Custer 81, of Commercial Drive Bridgeport formally of Dillonvale, died Monday February 7, 2011 at her home. She was born August 17, 1929 in Deep Run, a daughter of the late John and Mary Lander Schilling. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Martins Ferry, and the Wheeling Eagles Aux. #344 In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Chester Custer Sr. Mary is survived by three sons Chester Custer Jr., and Mark Edward (Hanna) Custer both of Dillonvale, Timothy (Jackie) Custer of Marysville Wash., two daughters Sharyl Lynn (Doug) LaCross of Martins Ferry, and Mikki Custer (Frank Persiani) of Dillonvale, two brothers John (Nana) Schilling of Martins Ferry, and Edward Schilling of Bridgeport, nine grandchildren Marisa McCoy, Michelle Beeler, Brittany, Jessie, Zach, Ryan,Marquia and Chad W. Custer, Marcie Palm, six great grandchildren Eve, and Emelia McCoy, and Chad, Blaze, Gage, and Tiara Custer. According to Mary's wishes there will be no visitation private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
