Mary Husvar, 89, of Lansing died Monday February 22, 2016 at Liza's Place Wheeling surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 6, 1926 in Barton, a daughter of the late Albert and Josephine Stahanczyk. She was a retired employee of the former Imperial Clevite Co. of Lansing, and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Daniel Husvar in 1964, two sisters Sophie Sedlock, and Stella Stahanczyk, and a brother August Stahanczyk. Mary is survived by her two daughters Beverly Husvar, and Rebecca Husvar both of Lansing, two grandchildren Daniel, and Anita Cunningham, a brother Frank Stahanczyk of St. Clairsville, and two sisters Helen Highman of Canton, and Josephine Stahanczyk of Bridgeport. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral 920 National Road Brookside on Friday February 26, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8, with wake services on Friday at 2 pm at the Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst with Fr. John Mucha as celebrant, interment in St. Anthony Cemetery Blaine.
