Mary M. Harris Mary M. Ledger Harris, 76, of N. 4th St., Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., Jan. 17, 2003 at Heartland-Lansing Nursing Home, Lansing. She was born Feb. 26, 1926 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Earl W. and Mable (Bell) Ledger. She was a member of the Trinity Assembly of God Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Harris and a son Gary E. Harris. Surviving are two daughters Rosemary Conway and her husband Jerry of Martins Ferry and Betty Norman and her husband Lawrence of Auckland, New Zealand, her extended family including James W. Bell of Mingo Junction, Thomas P. Bell and Rosalie Bell both of Florida and Judy Cunningham of Martins Ferry, a brother Earl W. Ledger, Jr. of LaPunta, CA, eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Friends will be received Mon. 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Tue., Jan. 21, 2003 at 1:00 PM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
