MARY JANE NOVAK, 85, of Dillonvale, died Monday, April 21, 2008 at Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville. She was born July 1, 1922 in Dillonvale, the daughter of the late Frank and Agnes Cermak Louda. Mary Jane was a retired bus driver for the Buckeye Local School District. She was a member of the Dillonvale United Presbyterian Church where she was a Deacon and a member of the Blanch A. Riley Missionary Society. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, the AARP; the Senior Citizens Club; the Garden Club and the Radio Club all in Dillonvale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rudy Novak in 2000. Surviving are a son David Novak and his wife Donna of Tiltonsville; a daughter Linda Yanda and her husband Randy of Dillonvale; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday 3 - 8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale. Friends are then invited to attend visitation Wednesday from 12 pm until the time of the funeral services at 1 pm at the Dillonvale United Presbyterian Church with Reverend Michael Lenno officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice, 10686 State Route 150, Rayland, Ohio 43943.
