Mary (Visnic) Patton, 92, of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, Nov. 19, 2007 at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born Jan. 15, 1915 at Deep Run, Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Eli and Ilinka (Perich) Visnic. She retired from the Martins Ferry Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul M. Patton and a sister Bertha Griffiths. Surviving are her sister Pauline Slaughter, formerly of Martins Ferry and now of Wheeling, WV; a niece Polly (Fred) Packer of Newburgh, IN; great nephews Adam (Caryn) Packer of Indianapolis, IN and Andrew (Roxanne) Packer of Homewood, IL; and a great niece Emily Packer of Oak Park, IL. Private graveside services were held at the convenience of the family at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating.
