Mary E. Phillips, 92, of Bethesda, Ohio, passed away on June 30, 2022 at her home.  She was born on December 11, 1929 to the late Charles and Edna (Walters) Secrest. She was employed by 5 B's in Barnesville where she quit working to take care of her late daughter, Cheryl Phillips, after having a heart transplant. She enjoyed her family get togethers, gardening and quilting.

She is survived by her daughter, Joan (Tom) Hollida of Senecaville; two grandchildren, Christen Hollida of Quaker City and Matthew (Stacey) Hollida of Barnesville; 6 great grandchildren Caleb Hollida (Charley Guy), Jaydin Frye, Madison, Morgan, Macy Hollida and Weston Boulet, 2 great-great grandsons Copelyn Hollida and Briggs Hollida.

Per Mary's wishes there will be no visitation or service.  Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel will be assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Belmont County Cat Stray Shun, P.O. Box 207, Morristown, Ohio 43759.
