SEMPIREK, Mary A. Kucera, 100, of Dillonvale, Ohio, passed Thursday April 18, 2013 East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, Ohio. She was born June 11, 1912 in Lansing, Ohio, a daughter of the late James and Barbara Sojka Kucera. Mary was a very giving, generous person and a member of the CSA Lodge #121. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Sempirek in 1987, brothers: Carl, Bedrick, Andy, Frank, Joe, Bill and Jim Kucera; sisters: Rose Humel, Beatrice Herink and Alberta Krahel; and her granddaughter Terri Sempirek. Mary is survived by sons: Franklin (Harriet) Sempirek of Mount Pleasant, Ohio, Norman (Ronnie) Sempirek of Dillonvale, and Jerry (Lorna) Sempirek of Rayland, Ohio; sisters: Anne Humphrey and Marge Sempirek; grandchildren: Carl Joe (Dana) Sempirek, Rodney Sempirek, Valerie (Robert) Lahendro, great-grandchildren: Ashley Sempirek, Courtney Sempirek, Carley Sempirek, Brock Sempirek, and a great-great grandson Clayton. Friends will be received Monday 5 to 8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio, where services will be held Tuesday April 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
