Mary Lou DeMatte, 86, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away January 10, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born March 23, 1934, in Aetnaville, OH, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Geneva (Drugan) Sindeldecker.

Mary Lou was a retired nurse and was a Methodist by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph T. DeMatte; brothers, Charles and Larry Sindeldecker; and daughter, Christine Ann Moore.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Daniel) Charlton of Piedmont, OH, sister, Joyce (John) Cameron of Martins Ferry, five grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received Friday, January 15th from 12p.m. until time of service at 2p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry, OH 43935.  Funeral service at 2p.m. with Pastor James Hoff officiating.  Interment at Hopewell Cemetery, Rayland, OH.
