Mary Elizabeth (Smith) Warfield, 78, of St. Clairsville formerly of Bethesda, passed away Wednesday January 13, 2021 at Cumberland Pointe Rehabilitation Center. She was born January 14, 1942 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Howard L. and Katherine (Hawley) Smith. She was a home maker and a member of the Church of God Brookside. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Warfield, a brother Robert McKinney, and a sister Sharon DiNapoli. Mary is survived by her sister-in-law Ruth Saffell, a niece Shelly (Shawn) Studenc & Shauna Studenc, Debbie (Tim) Krantz, Jill Prichett, Mary DiNapoli and family, Barbara Berisford, Patricia Millard, and nephews Patrick and Michael Jobb, and a special friend Bertha Sabota, and many cousin and friends. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Monday January 18, 2021 from 11 am till time of service at 1 pm, with Kevin Roseberry officiating, interment at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
