Mary Arlene Webb, 75, of Bethesda, Ohio, passed away, Friday, September 30, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital. Born June 6, 1941 in St. Clairsville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John and Marie Burghy. Arlene, as she was known to all, was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Her life was her children and grandchildren and she was always there for them, putting their needs before her own. Arlene truly believed, family is where life begins and love never ends. She was a retired secretary from Trigg Home Improvements. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John "Sonny" Burghy and her companion of 40 years, Jim Mitchell. Arlene is survived by her children, Cheryl (Ryan) Feiock, Angie (Mark) Reitter all of Belmont, Ohio, Robert (Julie) Webb of Barnesville, Ohio; grandchildren, Markie, Allen, Jessie, Natalie, Seth, Jared, Jacob; great-grandchildren, Aeros, Reese, Knox; sisters, Lorena (Stanley) Borovich of St. Clairsville, Ohio; Margaret Barchanowicz of Belmont, Ohio; and sister-in-law, Bert Burghy of St. Clairsville, Ohio. Family and friends are welcome to visit, Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio, where the service for Arlene will be conducted on Wednesday 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio.
