Matilda T. (Horvath) Ware, 83, of Pleasant Grove, OH died Wed., July 18, 2007 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. She was born Mar. 15, 1924 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Julian and Elizabeth (Gombasi) Horvath. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Martins Ferry, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Andrew Horvath, and three sisters Elizabeth Edwards, Velma Lucas, and Emma Armstrong. Surviving are her husband James R. Ware, three daughters Jean (Brad) McFarland, Jeri (Doug) Outward, and Colleen (Henry) Lewis all of Colerain, OH, a son David (Karen) Ware of Maynard, OH, eight grandchildren Kim Clark, Shawn McFarland, Jesse and Randy Outward, Jeremy Lewis, Tricia Aime, and Chad and Jamie Ware, and eleven great grandchildren. Friends will be received Fri. 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Sat., July 21, 2007 at 1:30 PM with Minister Henry Lewis officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church, 710 S. Zane Hwy., Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
