Michael "Mike" R. Bilica, 69, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away June 27th, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born August 14th, 1946, a son of the late Mike and Lova Little Bilica. Mike was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and served in Vietnam. He was a coal miner at Saginaw Mine and a retired truck driver for Cheeseman Corporation. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his stepmother Erma Gatti Bilica, and a brother Bernie Bilica. Mike is survived by his loving wife Sandy Romish Bilica of St. Clairsville; a daughter, Dr. Kimberly Bilica of San Antonio, TX; brothers, John (Betty Jo) Bilica of Blaine OH, Joseph (Donna) Bilica of St. Clairsville; sisters, Nancy (Glenn) Davis of St. Clairsville, Darlene (Edward) Orr of McDonald, PA, Erma (Mark) Dubil of St. Clairsville; and a sister-in-law Linda Bilica of Slidell, LA.
