Michael P. McClay, 55, of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, Aug. 2, 2010 at his home. He was born Mar. 29, 1955 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Patrick F. and Betty (Ewing) McClay. Mike was a retired coal miner. Surviving are his daughter Chelsie Apostolec of Bridgeport, a brother Ron (Elaine) McClay of Ravenna, OH, two sisters Cherie Frazier of Martins Ferry, and Nancy (Mike) Dvorcek of Jacksonville, FL, two grandchildren Kash and Kionna, and several nieces and nephews. Private graveside services where held Friday at St. Mary's Cemetery, Martins Ferry with Pastor Jeff Benedict officiating. Arrangements by Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry.
