Michael S. Melvin, 64, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Barnesville Hospital. He was born May 22, 1949 in Clarksburg, West Virginia, son of the late Charles E. Melvin and Dorothy Casto Melvin. Michael had worked as a physician's assistant. Michael is survived by his son, Sean Melvin and sister, Sharon Kinney. It was Michael's wish for a private service and interment at the convenience of his family.
