Michael Valentine Nowak, 54 of Shadyside passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023, at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV.  He was born on March 26, 1968, the son of Carol (Rackham)Nowak and Walter Cramer of Steubenville and the late Valentine "Val" Nowak.

Michael was the former Owner and Operator of Nowak Sign Company in Lansing, OH, he worked for the International Conveyor & Rubber Company in Lafferty, OH, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, National Sign Association, member of the Martins Ferry Soap Box Derby Committee.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife; Becky (Hollingshead) Nowak, mother and stepfather Carol and Walter Cramer, children; Kyle (Angela) Nowak, Christopher Nowak, Blake and Logan Ginanangeli and Devin (Hunder) Tyler grandchildren; Kaden, Harper, Aryah, Aristyn, Briella, Ava and Gryson, siblings; Christine Nowak Haines and Matthew (Cindy) Nowak, nieces, and nephews; Quinn and Deven Haines, Sierra, Jaeda and Ian Nowak and ex-wife Rhonda Nowak Lough.

Family and friends will be received for a memorial visitation on Friday, January 27, 2023, from 4-8pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport. Mass of Christin Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 68210 Neola Ave, Bridgeport, OH., at 10am, with Fr. John Mucha officiating.     There will be a benefit held on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at the Lansing Community Center, 68583 Scott St., Lansing, OH 43912, from 1-5pm.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family to help pay for funeral expenses.
