Michael J. Sall Jr. 67 of Martins Ferry passed away Tuesday June 9, 2026, at Ohio State University Hospital Columbus. He was born January 17, 1959, in Wheeling, a son of the late Michael J. “Pete” Sall Sr. and Louise (Mozie) Sall.

He was a retired employee of Kalkreuth Roofing Local #188 Wheeling, and a member of the Muskie Club #16 Hopedale. Mike was a great fishman and loved to hunt. Above all he loved spending time with his sons and grandchildren, they were his life.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepmother Jackie (Neib) Sall.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Deanna (Pugh) Sall, sons Michael Sall.  and Matthew (Leann) Sall, Siblings Wayne R. Sall, Patti J. Lucas, and James A. (Jacquil) Sall, grandchildren Hunter, Kynleigh, Harlynne, Milah, Kaylie, and Kaiden Sall, also several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut Street Martins Ferry on Friday June 12, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm where services will be held at 7pm on Friday, with Rev. Barry Hall officiating, interment will be at a later date.
