Michael I. Tirpak, 66 of Martins Ferry passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at Liza's Place after a long battle with cancer.  He was born March 8, 1956, the son of the late John and Anna (Moore)Tirpak.

He was a retired mill worker for the Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company, a catholic by faith and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Martins Ferry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law; Bob George.

Left to cherish his memory are his children; John Tirpak of Martins Ferry and Tosha (Chad) Belon of Yorkville, grandchild; Lyndi Belon,  siblings; Dave Tirpak, John (Rosie) Tirpak, Pam George and Mary (Ron) Weekley.

Michael was a fun-loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.  His spirit of charity and dedication was constant throughout his life.  Michael is now resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
