Mildred P. Kelley Mildred P. "Midge" (Dugan) Kelley, 85, formerly of Hillcrest Dr., Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., July 4, 2003 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born May 29, 1918 in Piney Fork, OH a daughter of the late and Andrew and Myrtle (Millhorn) Dugan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James A. Kelley, her daughter Frankie Dye, two brothers George and Frank Dugan, and a sister Ora Antenucci. Surviving are two sons Carl E. (Charlene) Kelley of Brilliant, OH and Rob H. (Judy) Kelley of Kaneohe, HI, two daughters Jackie (Joe ) Liberatore of Mingo Junction, OH and Cidie (Billy) Lockhart of Ashland, OH, a sister Clara Schuller of Adena, OH, fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, a great great grandchild, and a son-in-law Milton Dye. Friends will be received Mon. 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Tues., July 8, 2003 at 10:00 AM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Park, Pleasant Grove, OH.
