Mildred H. Thompson, 93, passed away, Thursday, June 23, 2011, at Victorian Oaks in Cambridge, Ohio. She was born November 9, 1917 in Akron, Ohio, daughter of the late Ralph Hinkle and Ivan M. Hughes. Mildred lived in the Copley, Ohio area until most recently, where she resided in Cambridge, Ohio. She was a graduate of Coventry High School and attended and graduated from Business College, both located in Akron, Ohio. She was a private secretary and a past member of The Church at Portage Lakes. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James L. Thompson; brother, Ralph Hinkle; and sister, Hilda Longacr. Mildred is survived by daughter, Janet S. Lamson (John); grandson, Mark A. (Carla) Lamson; granddaughter, Sharon M. Lamson; two great grandchildren, Kyle and Celeste Lamson; and sister, Dorothy Wagner. A graveside service will be conducted Monday, June 27, 2011 at 1:00 PM, Greenlawn Memorial Park, Reverend Fleary Spurlock will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to
