Mildred E. Weekley, 98, of Bethesda, Ohio, died Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Barnesville Health Care Center. She was born December 28, 1914 in Shadyside, Ohio, daughter of the late Perry Griffin and Clara Tschapatt Griffin.
She retired from the health care industry, where she had worked as a nurse's aide. Mildred was a loving and caring person, who touched the lives of those she encountered throughout her lifetime.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Warner Weekley; son, Ronald Weekley; five brothers; and four sisters.
Mildred is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth (Ed) Emory of Bethesda, Ohio; sons, Ralph (Patty) Weekley of Colorado and Dale (Donna) Weekley of Lancaster, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are welcome to visit, Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service, which will be conducted at 2 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio. Pastor Edward Emory will be officiating. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
The family would especially like to thank the Barnesville Health Care Center Staff for the excellent care given to Mildred.
