Minnie W. Kennedy, 95, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, passed Friday February 20, 2015 at Tomball Regional Medical Center, Texas. She was born in Mount Pleasant, Ohio on May 14, 1919, a daughter of the late Perry M. and Mary L. Dawson Woodford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald F. Kennedy in 2002. Minnie was a retired employee of Citizen's Bank, she and her late husband Donald operated Colerain Auto Service for many years, and was a member of Colerain Presbyterian Church. Minnie is survived by sons: Bruce (Norma) Kennedy of Houston, TX., Jan (Karen) Kennedy of Colerain; grandchildren: David Kennedy, Donald Kennedy, Carolyn Kennedy, Christine Kennedy, and ten great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Joe Ellis officiating.
