Monica Ann Finney

Monica Ann Finney, 54, of Bethesda, Ohio passed away surrounded by her family at Ruby Memorial Hospital on May 14, 2026. She was born on January 19, 1972 in Wheeling, WV to Harold White and the late Ildiko “Jackie” (Vita) White.

Monica was Christian by faith. She worked as a mental health technician. Monica was an avid Notre Dame fan, collected gnomes, and enjoyed coloring games on her phone. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews, friends and family.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert “Petey” Finney and a sister, Victoria Cline.

Left to cherish her memory are her father, Harold of Bethesda; sister, Katina (Chris) Emory of Bethesda; nieces, Makenna Emery of Elm Grove, Morganne Emory of Bethesda; great nephew, Baylor Hall and great niece, Kinslee Victoria Sharps, both of Elm Grove.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 18, 2026 from 3-7pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio 43719. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 11am at the funeral home with John Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Belmont Cemetery.
