Nadine V. (Woods) Yourko, 70, of Wildwood Dr., Colerain, OH died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born July 21, 1937 in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of the late Lawrence E. and Beryl B. (Singhaus) Woods. She was a 35 year member, Choir Director, Organist and Sunday School Teacher of Lansing United Methodist Church, Lansing, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Lawrence M. Woods. Surviving are her husband Paul Yourko, two sons P. Todd (Linda) Yourko of W. Chester, OH, and Brian Yourko of Colerain, two brothers Gary E. Woods of Bridgeport, OH and Jay S. (April) Woods of St. Clairsville, OH, six grandchildren Steven and Samuel Yourko, Nichole Yourko and her fiancee Joe Terrett, and Bethany, Rebecca, and Susanna Yourko, and a sister-in-law Peggy J. Woods of Huntington Beach, CA, and several nieces and nephew. Friends will be received Tuesday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Friends will then be received Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008 from noon until time of services at 1:00 pm at the Lansing United Methodist Church, Lansing with Rev. Lisa Boulton officiating, assisted by Revs. Don and Karen Upson. Burial follows in Weeks Cemetery, Bridgeport. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lansing U.
