COCHRAN, Nagley ?Wooz? Sumner, 87, of Bridgeport, Ohio, died Monday January 16, 2012 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born in Bridgeport on January 12, 1925, a son of the late Sumner Freeman and Eva Marie Hinton Cochran. He retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel after 43 years of service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Betty Ellis; a grandson Todd Barritt and a granddaughter Lindsey Lewis. Nagley is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Lillian Beznoska Cochran; a son Thomas Cochran of Bridgeport; four daughters: Nancy Lee Rhodes (James) of Weirton, W.Va.; Vickie Sue Barritt (Jeff), Linda Kay Lewis (Bruce), all of Bridgeport; Melissa Dawn Everson (Dave) of Pickerington, Ohio; 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday January 19, 2012, 5 to 8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio.
