Nancy Lee Gallagher, 71, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Barnesville Health Care Center. She was born March 26, 1944 in Coshocton, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert Elder and Frances Franklin Elder. She was a member of Living Water Fellowship Church in Quaker City, Ohio. A loving mother and grandmother, Nancy was a woman of great faith, a priceless gift, which she leaves as her legacy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Elder, Jr. Nancy is survived by her daughters, Mary Jo (James) Culbertson, Jr. of Marysville, Ohio, Frances (Jeffrey) Ramsey of Barnesville, Ohio; son, John (Jennifer) Gallagher, Jr. of Portsmouth, Virginia; grandchildren, Alan, Nathan, and Will Culbertson, Mistie (Jacob) Terrett, Julia, Joseph, and Ayla Ramsey, Alisa Pisula, Danielle Evans, Mikey, Cassi, and Nikki Gallagher; and her very special companion and loyal friend, Bitzy.
