Nancy Thompson, 64, of Barnesville, Ohio, died on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Barnesville Hospital.  Born December 1, 1952 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Cloyd Thompson and Ethel Wagner Thompson. She worked as a Registered Nurse for Barnesville Hospital.  She enjoyed traveling giving her the opportunity to meet new people and their cultures; cruises, as there was always something new to experience, and auto racing.  Nancy loved animals, their loyalty and friendship. Nancy is survived by her brother, Willard (Debra) Thompson of Beavercreek, Ohio; niece, Colleen Pettit; nephew, Michael Thompson; two great nieces and two great nephews. In honoring the wishes of Nancy, there will be no visitation or service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of Nancy's family.
