Neil James Lieser, 51, passed away on July 31, 2023.  He was born on February 26, 1972, in Martins Ferry, Ohio to Audrey (Horsky) Blanco and the late Leon Lieser.

Neil was a construction laborer who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his father, Neil was preceded in death by his brother, Brian L. Lieser.

Neil was survived by his companion and long-time girlfriend, Dana Delvecchio; mother, Audrey Blanco; aunt, Rosetta (Louis) Sleeva; and nephew Beau Lieser.
