Nell Naylor Prager, Friedrichs, Liston, 94, of Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away peacefully at Liza's Place on August 31, 2013. She was born on July 30, 1919 in Wheeling W. Va., a daughter of the late Blanche N. Haller Prager and James H. Prager Jr. Nell was a Lutheran by faith and a member at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bridgeport, Ohio. Nell graduated from Triadelphia High School and worked at Wheeling Corrugating and operated a small grocery store on Kirkwood Heights, Bridgeport. She was a member of Eastern Star, Masonic Home Club, Senior Citizens AARP, and Red Cross Blood Bank. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband William L. Friedrichs, Sr.; second husband Gomer Liston; grandson Michael Friedrichs; and son William L. Friedrichs, Jr. Nell is survived by her daughter-in-law J. Priscilla Czoka Friedrichs of Steubenville, Ohio; daughter Carol Liston Grandstaff of Bridgeport, Ohio; son Wayne LISTON OF Tennessee; sister Jean Prager Stolze of Clearwater, Florida; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; and close friends Carol and Bill Hanson and Mary DeMatte. Friends may call Monday September 2, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Bridgeport, Ohio, where services will be held Tuesday September 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Alvin Schafer officiating.
