Norma E. "Libby" Baggott, 65, of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, November 20, 2017 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born, May 26, 1952, in Ashtabula, OH, a daughter of the late Tom and Ramona (McIntire) Sprouse. She was a Catholic by faith, retired Demonstrator for Kroger, was a member of T.O.P.S. in Martins Ferry, the YWCA Bingo Bunch, Alpha Pi Sigma Sorority, and loved traveling and visiting Wheeling Downs. She is survived by her loving husband, Arthur Baggott; sons, Jason (Andrèa) Baggott of St. Clairsville, OH, Jeffrey (Brittney) Baggott of Hilliard, OH; Step-father, Gerald "Pap" Morris of Mozart, WV; siblings, Debbie (Arley) Shinsky of Elm Grove, WV, Jerry (Sue) Morris of Lakeland, FL, and Maureen (Russell) Wagner of Mozart, WV; and grandchildren, Aubrey and Bryant Baggott. Friends will be received Sunday, November 26 from 12-2pm and 4-6pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH 43912 where funeral services will be held Monday, November 27 at 11am with Reverend Rod Kassler officiating.
