Norma Jean Brown 69, of Bridgeport died Sunday January 11, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born May 21, 1945 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Harry and Lois (Bickel) Wilson. She was a housewife and a Christian. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Brown Sr. Norma is survived by her sons Melvin (Celeste) Brown Jr. of Bridgeport, and Robert (Jessica) Brown of Manchester Ct. A step-daughter Debbie Brown of Miss., three grandchildren Hallie Mead, Robert Brown Jr., and Brandon Lee Brown, two great grandchildren Shaye and Ciara Mead, brothers Harry Wilson of TX., Howie Neer of Colerain, and David Hillman of Martins Ferry, sisters Sharon Neer of Martins Ferry and Carol Neer.
