Norma Jean Peltz, 88, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Monday May 1, 2017 at Harrison Community Hospital. She was born in Dillonvale on December 20, 1928, a daughter of the late James and Mary Naperstek Cermak. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband John H. Peltz. Norma is survived by her son James H. Peltz and his wife Jessie, a granddaughter Jamie (Ted) Spencer, all of Dillonvale; a sister Elsie Kaminski of Colerain, OH, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, where services will be held Friday May 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Michael Lenno officiating.
