Norma M. Frank, born Harford, West Virginia on June 16, 1938 to Mary Virginia Roach and Norman Smith. Died April 22, 2021.

She was predeceased by her first husband, William E Thomas Sr and second Husband, Albert Frank. Also by her parents and the following siblings:

She is survived by:

Her Children, Cheryl (David) Terry and William E. (Meme) Thomas Jr, three grandsons; Billy, Chip and Johnny Thomas, the lights of her life; her brother Dale (Melissa) Smith, sister Joyce Gee, sister-in-law Connie Smith, extended family and many beloved nieces, nephews, 2 of whom she held especially close to her heart; Debora Hysell and Tim Smith.

Norma was a real estate agent for many years in Prince Georges Co. Maryland where she raised her family. She loved to travel, was strong and adventurous, and enjoyed learning new things. She was always full of laughter. She was the consummate caretaker. Her passion for genealogy made her the Family Storyteller.

During the last several years she spent most of her time watching sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay, on Hoopers Island, Maryland, where she loved to garden and feed her birds.

She valued most in life, time with her children and grandsons.

Norma was loved by many and gave love freely and with joy, to friends and family alike.

According to Norma's wishes there will be no visitation and private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family.
