Norma J. Oxier, 83, of Mingo Junction, OH, died September 21, 2019 at Lancia Villa Royale nursing home.  She was born February 25, 1936, in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Sheldon D. and Bertha L. (Takach) Thomas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Oxier in 2002.

Norma is survived by her daughter, Vicki (John) White-Parks of Toronto; brother, Thomas (Norie) Thomas of Mingo Junction; nieces, Tiffany and Thea Thomas, Amanda "Mandy" (Joel) Tachoir, Pennie (Michael) Scarpone; and nephews, Richie (Marilyn) Thomas, and Jay Thomas.

Friends will be received Friday, September 27th from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. at Blaschalk-Wilson Funeral Home, 115 Union Ave. Mingo Junction, OH with Pastor James Hoff officiating.  Interment to follow at Oakland Cemetery, Mingo Junction.
