Pamela J. (Coulson) Phillips, 62 of Wheeling, WV died Monday, June 22, 2015 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling. She was born July 14, 1952 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of Charles W. Coulson, Sr of Bridgeport, OH and the late Elizabeth (Patterson) Coulson Baker. She was a Daycare provider and a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church, Wheeling, WV. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband John G. Phillips, daughter, Trudy J. Phillips-Long, grandson, Kenneth and two brothers; John Coulson and Charles W. Coulson, Jr. Surviving are her children; LaDonna M. Shrodes, Cory Violet and John Phillips, Jr., all of Wheeling, grandchildren; Amethyst, Jayd, Kaleb, Nevaeh, Kiesha, Katelyn, Kaelie and Morgan and great grandchildren; Katavion, Ta'liyah, Chauncey and Elyzabeth. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held Friday, July 3, 2015 from 1:00 pm until time of service at 3:00 pm at the Old Sacred Heart Church, 99 Main St., Wheeling, WV.
